How's it going? I'm really liking doing an hour of cardio a day. Yesterday morning I started heading to the gym but it was really nice out, so I went out for a long walk (about and hour and twenty minutes) instead. I'm glad I did, too, because it started storming right after.
I think I'm going to have to put a moratorium on my alcohol consumption if I'm going to see any significant results though. Since the storm put a wrench in my evening barn plans, I wound up going out and drinking wine. Whoops!
I just got in from the barn tonight and am about to head out for a jog. I hate that my gym closes at 7pm in the summer, because going out at night has all its pitfalls, but I guess you need to leave the house at some point, right?
