Wow! I have been busy! It sounds like you guys have been too, I am impressed!
I have a liiittle bit of catching up to do with my cardio, between work and the barn and thunderstorms and manhunts in my neighborhood (seriously, it was lame), I lost some of my cardio time on Friday.
Yesterday I went for a hike for about 90 minutes and then went to the barn. I was feeling pretty lethargic, but felt better afterward. I've lost half a pound! Yay!
