Sorry I haven't checked-in in awhile, I've had a bit of health care drama with my mare. ANYWAY.
Y'know, for the last few years I've really been into running and intense cardio, but the problem was I kept getting injured. This has been the first time in awhile where I've focused on looong walks. I've been taking monster, 2 hour long walks, covering 5–7 miles, and LOVING it. I just pop on my headphones and go, and don't want to stop!
